Jim's GTO is Signet Gold inside out, frame off restored cruiser only Reno Nevada Hot August Nights show stopper. He put 3.73 posi in it, other than that it is total stock down to the points in the distributor. Jim did own a 67 Camaro frame off but his passion has always been for a 67 GTO. When he was 17 he had a gentleman tell him he would sell him a 67 GTO Signet Gold in and out with the same muncie 4 spd. When he got home, him and his father went there to purchase it for, at the time, $2500. It only had 37k miles on it. The guys wife changed her mind about selling it because it was her mothers and she had purchased it new. She felt it was one of the things that should be left in the family. He lost his ride that fall of 1984 but now he has his dream car back again...
