Chevelle SS
- Beginning in 1969 the Chevelle SS was no longer offered as a seperate model series. It had to be ordered as an option, RPO Z25, but only on the following models:
- 13427 2 dr Chevelle 300 Deluxe Series coupe
- 13437 2 dr Chevelle 300 Deluxe Series coupe
- 13637 2 dr Malibu Series coupe
- 13667 2 dr convertible
- A rare 1969 Chevelle would be the L72 427 with 425 horsepower. These were Chevrolet's Central Office Production Order (COPO) Chevelles. They were built on the non-SS Malibu body and the number built has been debated with various numbers produced, such as 50, 323 and 358.
- The Supercar Registry - Dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the Chevrolet dealer
built Supercars and COPO cars.
